Christopher Alan Howze, affectionately known as Chris, was a remarkable young man whose creativity, resilience, and kindness left an indelible mark on the lives of everyone who knew him. He was born on August 9, 2002, in Reston, VA, and developed a deep passion for music and artistic expression. As a rapper, performer, and community activist, he connected with others through his craft, sharing his personal experiences and moving audiences through his music.
Chris graduated from River Hill High School in June 2020, recognized for his talents and warm spirit and dedication. He subsequently enrolled at Morehouse College, earning a degree in Marketing and Business Administration while courageously facing a 3.5-year battle with Glioblastoma. Despite this serious illness, he remained committed to creating and performing music that inspired those around him.


Chris's life was one of love, courage, and unwavering determination. He had a contagious smile and a heart that radiated kindness. His approach to living demonstrated a unique grace and resilience that uplifted his family, friends, and all who crossed his path.
